I too was both thrilled and sad...Dear Anonymous:

I too was both thrilled and saddened by your article. It is so gratifying to have support. Womyn's spaces are such fragile things and sadly even women take them for granted. Wilson women are still advocating for a reversal of the trustee vote. Our petition on Change.org is getting support by graduates of other women's colleges. I hope that those reading this post will please consider adding their voice. Thank you for your support of women and all of the spaces that are special to us.
http://www.change.org/petitions/keep-wilson-college-a-women-s-college-reverse-the-co-ed-decision-now

Carol Noon ’87

Wilson College
Carol nhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17344735962186095588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5753655419131163318.post-75326394541430130142013-02-09T18:26:34.061-08:002013-02-09T18:26:34.061-08:00Dear Anonymous:
I've been following your blog...Dear Anonymous:

I've been following your blog since I came across it in September, as I find what you are doing both interesting and important. I hadn't checked my feedreader for a while and was startled to see "Wilson College" in the list of post titles; it is my alma mater. Reading this post broke my heart all over again. Thank you for writing about Wilson. Please visit http://pinesandmaples.com to learn more about the efforts alumnae made to keep Wilson a women's college. If you update your posts, please consider mentioning this recent letter to the editor of the Chronicle of Higher Education, written by a former Trustee who was a member of the Commission to Shape the Future of Wilson College: http://chronicle.com/blogs/letters/process-that-broad-coeducation-to-wilson-was-rushed-incomplete/.

Thanks for your work.

Nicole Noll
Wilson College '03Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05153024734884842066noreply@blogger.com
